Returns, Exchanges, Defective or Incorrect Orders and Privacy Policy
Exchanges
Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs. Exchanges must be requested within 15 days of your original purchase. Returned items for exchange must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
1) To begin an exchange, choose a carrier and shipping option that uses a tracking number to send back your order for exchange. Include in your physical return package your original invoice or packing slip, along with a note indicating the color or size you would like to receive in place of your original item.

2) Then, please inform us of your incoming exchange package, by filling out the CONTACT US form below or email shipping@sonoranstitch.com with your order number, stating you wish to conduct an exchange. To be doubly sure of your exchange wishes, please again, indicate the sizes and colors and styles you wish to exchange your original order for. *Be sure to add your tracking number in your exchange request, in case the carrier does not deliver.
3) Once we receive your original order, we will send you your requested new items.
Returns/Refunds
Refund requests must be made within 15 days of purchase. We accept returns as long as the item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.

3) Once we receive your return, your original payment method will be refunded for your order and original shipping costs. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Non Returnable Items
Sale, overstock, and clearance items, as well as gift cards, are not eligible for return.
Defective or Incorrect Items
Please check your order when it arrives. If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, contact us right away so we can make it right.
