Shipping
All of our products are shipped at the average Flat Rate via USPS First Class 2 to 5 day delivery to destinations within the United States. Free shipping applies on all orders greater than $40. Shipping to Canada and Australia is $17 for delivery in one to two weeks in most cases.
Other foreign shipments are handled individually, and appropriate shipping charges are billed to the customer.
All products are shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment Monday through Friday, excluding common holidays. Cut off time for orders to ship same day is 11:00 am Phoenix MST.
Tracking numbers are provided by USPS and are emailed to the customer at time of shipment automatically.
Lost Package Policy
We take great care in preparing and shipping your order. All packages are sent via USPS, and tracking information is provided once your order ships.
Once a package has been handed off to USPS, it is no longer within our control. For this reason, we cannot responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or marked as delivered by the carrier.
We understand how frustrating a missing package can be. When this happens, both you and our small business are affected by the loss.
Missing Packages
If your package appears to be lost, we recommend the following steps:
- Check your tracking information for the most recent updates
- Look around your delivery location and with neighbors
- Contact USPS directly or file a Missing Mail Search
Our Approach
As a small business, we are not always able to absorb the cost of items lost in transit by shipping carriers. We appreciate your understanding that once an order leaves our hands, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.
