Shipping & Lost Package Policy
We take great care in preparing and shipping your order. All packages are sent via USPS, and tracking information is provided once your order ships.
Once a package has been handed off to USPS, it is no longer within our control. For this reason, we can not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or marked as delivered by the carrier.
We understand how frustrating a missing package can be. When this happens, both you and our small business are affected by the loss.
Missing Packages
If your package appears to be lost, we recommend the following steps:
- Check your tracking information for the most recent updates
- Look around your delivery location and with neighbors
- Contact USPS directly or file a Missing Mail Search
Our Approach
As a small business, we are not able to absorb the cost of items lost in transit by shipping carriers. We appreciate your understanding that once an order leaves our hands, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.
